Hello, I'm Ellen Wilson, and I'm here to help you transition from simply knowing about fitness to living it. We all know that a sedentary lifestyle is risky, which is why I'm passionate about helping you create a life that's active, strong, and fulfilling.

I've spent years developing corporate wellness training, leading workouts for hundreds, and personally coaching clients one-on-one. This experience has given me the privilege of helping countless men and women become a stronger, more confident version of themselves.

Now, through my online program, EMC Fitness, I'm focused on helping women like you take control of their wellness journey. My programs are designed to fit your life, offering everything from 6-week boot camps and a 12-week fitness reboot to a full workout library and 1:1 coaching.
