Hey, I'm Ellen Wilson, your Wellness Coach

You are probably no stranger to exercise.

I want to help you go from having knowledge about exercise to making it a reality that enhances your relationships and your life.

Research has found sitting can be as dangerous as smoking. The risks of not moving are exactly why moving is so important.

I have developed corporate wellness training and taught multiple levels of fitness programs. I have led workouts that include hundreds of individuals and spent several years personal training with individual clients. I have been privileged to help hundreds of men and women become a stronger and more fit version of themselves.

During the pandemic, I realized I have an opportunity to coach more individuals through my EMC Fitness online program. And I realized there is a direct need for women on the fitness journey. The benefits include, but are not limited to:
